The European Confederation of Directors' Associations (ecoDa) is a not-for-profit association founded in December 2004 under the laws of Belgium.

Most of ecoDa members are now part of the Cross Membership Multipartite Convention

ecoDa is very pleased to announce the affiliation of new members to the confederation:

NEW StyrelseAkademien (the Swedish Academy of Board Directors) as a full member since January 2012

The "Collège des administrateurs de sociétés de la faculté des sciences de l'administration de l'université Laval", as a Research associate

ORGANISATION

ecoDa has welcomed three new board members at its table:

- NEW Mr Lars-Erik Forsgårdh, Chair of the Board, the Swedish Academy of Board Directors (StyrelseAkademien, Sweden)

- Mr Simon Walker, the new Director General of the Institute of Directors, IoD, UK

- Ms Maarit Aarni-Sïrvio, member of the Board of the Hallitusammattilaiset, Finland
